The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). Our Mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.</p>\n<p>Under general supervision of a Physician the Physician Assistant provides high quality patient care consistent with his/her training and expertise.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ Years of hands on primary care clinical experience is required (experience excludes clinical rotations/clerkships) will consider candidates who have completed a residency hands-on training program of 12 or more month’s duration.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>PA examines patients and performs routine physical examinations.</li>\n <li>Administers and orders requires tests.</li>\n <li>Uses NextGen to maintain patient medical records.</li>\n <li>Performs routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, wound care and managing of infections.</li>\n <li>Develops relationship with patients  to implement patient management plans.</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively with patients to provide quality care.</li>\n <li>Participates in quality management activities as assigned by the Medical Director or Quality Assurance Director.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates initiative and responsibility with quality management activities.</li>\n <li>Participates in the direction and development of health care services provided by Marin Community Clinics as a member of the primary health care team.</li>\n <li>Additional duties assigned based on specific specialty.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program.</li>\n <li>Valid and unrestricted California License issued by the Physician Assistant Board.</li>\n <li>Current registration issued by the DEA allowing the prescription of drugs.</li>\n <li>One year of experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Current BLS certification.</li>\n <li>Experience with NextGen EMR software a plus.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in medical Spanish is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in Community Health desired.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in fast paced health clinic environment.</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work independently and in team environment.</li>\n <li>High attention to detail. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer skills required.</li>\n <li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills highly desired.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Sensitive to the needs and situations of a multi-cultural population from a variety of income levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fulfill immunization and fit for duty regulatory requirements. </li>\n <li>Prolonged standing and walking</li>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Practice Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Signing bonus</strong> available for eligible candidates</li>\n <li><strong>Relocation assistance</strong> offered</li>\n <li>Located in <strong>beautiful Marin County</strong>, with close proximity to <strong>San Francisco</strong></li>\n <li>Enjoy a more efficient clinical workflow with <strong>AI scribe support</strong>, designed to streamline documentation and enhance the provider experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Information:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$50k signing bonus available for select applicants (specific program terms apply).</strong></li>\n <li><strong>$ 144,632. - $169,742. salary range</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Relocation assistance available</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Our benefits program is designed to protect your health, family and way of life.
