You will coach and provide guidance/direction to the managers and team members through one-on-ones, team meetings, and consistent communication. (HR Specialist will support the responsibilities of HR Manager.)</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Oversee HR strategies for North America sites and subsidiaries for LG Energy Solution</li><li>Lead strategic talent review process with Team Leaders (TL) and Part Leaders (PL)</li><li>Guide and advise TL&rsquo;s / PL&rsquo;s in organizational structure decisions and changes</li><li>Lead company-wide performance management</li><li>Communicate, track, guide, and process the evaluation and promotion schedules at the all-company (corporate) level</li><li>Drive policy &amp; procedure communications across the business to align the desired culture and company values</li><li>Analyze turnover at the corporate level</li><li>Determine corrective actions</li><li>Guide and advise group or function transfers across teams that involve a change in leadership</li><li>Lead RRP annual strategic planning and goal setting process (RRP level &ndash; including annual team building and engagement planning / new hire onboarding and mentor program planning/recruiting and marketing planning)</li><li>Establish, track and analyze RRP KPI&rsquo;s</li><li>Negotiate Master Service Agreements for outsourced services&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Korea HQ to manage employee relations issues for all LGES production sites including Joint Ventures business sites.</li><li>Understand and suggest solutions on Collective Bargaining, assisting in resolving labor disputes.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas</li><li>Maintain cleanliness at the worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards:<ol><li>Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain</li><li>Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container</li></ol></li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience</li><li>Must be bilingual in Korean and English, with professional proficiency or above</li><li>10 to 15+ years of experience in HR Management in a manufacturing company</li><li>7 to 10+ years of experience leading a diverse team, utilizing proven leadership methods</li><li>Cultivate and drive a performance-centered work culture at all levels of the business</li><li>Able to travel without legal restriction domestically and internationally on short notice at times to prepare and respond to any labor issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Requirement:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in the automotive industry or OEM</li><li id=\"isPasted\">HR Management experience from a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company is a plus</li><li>Previous experience working in an Asian HQ global company</li><li>Korean/ English bilingual required</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits Overview</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums for you and your family</li><li>100% employer-paid disability and life insurance</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off / Holidays</li><li>Opportunity to grow in a diverse work environment with a global company</li><li>401k Retirement savings and planning with a generous company match</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>LGESMI is an Equal Opportunity employer that values the diversity of its workforce.
