With over <strong>7,000 employees and 45+ years of experience</strong>, we deliver trusted residential <strong>HVAC installation, heating and air conditioning service, and home comfort solutions</strong> to homeowners nationwide.</p>\n<p>We are hiring experienced <strong>HVAC Lead Installers</strong> to install residential <strong>heating and air conditioning systems</strong>, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and complete HVAC systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Residential HVAC Lead Installer</strong>, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Remove and replace outdated <strong>HVAC systems</strong>, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units</p></li>\n <li><p>Install complete <strong>residential heating and air conditioning systems</strong> following manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead residential <strong>HVAC installations</strong> with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper</p></li>\n <li><p>Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed <strong>HVAC equipment</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all <strong>HVAC installation work</strong> meets safety, quality, and inspection standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every <strong>HVAC installation</strong></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a <strong>full-time, year-round HVAC installation position</strong> with consistent work and strong earning potential.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>At least 2 years of <strong>residential HVAC installation</strong> experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned</p></li>\n <li><p>Working knowledge of local inspection codes</p></li>\n <li><p>EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and customer service skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Must pass background check and drug screen</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license with good driving record</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>For questions about the role, you may contact our recruiting team at (571) 393-7118</strong></p>\n<p><em>Note: This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
