    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Mortgage Servicing Data Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Department:</strong> Mortgage Servicing<br><strong>Reports To:</strong> Senior Vice President of Servicing</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Mortgage Servicing Data Analyst</strong> to support servicing portfolio management, subservicer oversight, and strategic initiatives related to servicing retention and monetization of the servicing portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions, analytics, dashboards, and reporting that support servicing operations, executive decision-making, and portfolio strategy.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep experience in <strong>mortgage servicing data</strong>, strong knowledge of <strong>MSP&nbsp;</strong>and hands-on experience with modern data and analytics tools including <strong>Snowflake, Power BI, Retool, Python, and JavaScript</strong>. This role will serve as a key contributor in leveraging servicing data to improve portfolio performance, strengthen subservicer oversight, and identify opportunities to increase servicing retention and portfolio value.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and maintain data solutions and analytics to support <strong>mortgage servicing portfolio management</strong></li><li>Build reporting and analytics for <strong>subservicer oversight</strong>, including operational performance, compliance metrics, and service level tracking</li><li>Design and maintain <strong>dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting</strong> using Power BI and other business intelligence tools</li><li>Analyze servicing portfolio performance including delinquency, runoff, prepayment speeds, recapture, retention, and portfolio trends</li><li>Support strategies related to <strong>servicing retention, recapture, and monetization of the servicing portfolio</strong></li><li>Extract, transform, and analyze data from <strong>MSP and enterprise data warehouse platforms</strong></li><li>Develop automated reporting and data workflows using <strong>Snowflake, Python, Retool, and JavaScript</strong></li><li>Partner with servicing, finance, compliance, and technology teams to define data requirements and reporting needs</li><li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the servicing portfolio and present findings to management</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive reporting related to servicing operations and portfolio performance</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum <strong>10 years of experience</strong> working in a <strong>mortgage servicing environment</strong></li><li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform &ndash; formerly LPS)</strong></li><li>Experience working with servicing portfolio data, reporting, and analytics</li><li>Proficiency with:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Snowflake</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Retool</li><li>Python</li><li>JavaScript</li></ul></li><li>Understanding of mortgage servicing processes including boarding, payments, escrow, investor reporting, default servicing, and loss mitigation</li><li>Experience building dashboards, reporting packages, and data-driven business insights</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and reporting tools</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience with <strong>subservicer oversight reporting and scorecards</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>servicing retention and recapture analytics</strong></li><li>Experience supporting <strong>servicing portfolio strategy or MSR portfolio management</strong></li><li>Experience working in a data warehouse environment and supporting data governance initiatives</li><li>Experience presenting analytics and insights to senior management and executives</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field</li></ul><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>This role is ideal for a servicing professional with strong technical and analytical skills who can bridge <strong>mortgage servicing operations, data analytics, and portfolio strategy</strong>.
