The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This role assists customers with the rental return process, creating a a friendly, efficient environment while assisting in making all transactions quick and efficient.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay for this position starts at $19 / hour plus average monthly bonuses opportunities of $200 to $500. There is also a $2.00 / hour shift differential for hours worked from 7:00pm to 5:00am, bringing up the hourly rate to $21/hour during those hours.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at  Boston Logan Airport (BOS) - 15 Transportation Way Boston, MA 02128.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The seasonal window starts May 1, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> Schedule:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time schedule - 40 hours per week</li>\n <li>Various schedules are available throughout the week between the hours of 7am and 10pm</li>\n <li>Must be available to work weekends</li>\n <li>A recruiter will be able to discuss a schedule during the interview process</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. We are working towards our shared vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.</li>\n <li>Remind customer to check for personal belongings.  Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.</li>\n <li>Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.</li>\n <li>Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal.</li>\n <li>Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.</li>\n <li>Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.</li>\n <li>Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.</li>\n <li>Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.</li>\n <li>Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.</li>\n <li>Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.</li>\n <li>Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.</li>\n <li>Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience</li>\n <li>Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years</li>\n <li>This a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season</li>\n</ul>",
