We’re hiring a <strong>Seasonal Part-Time Campus Host</strong> to help create exceptional environments for services, ministry gatherings, special events, and missional space initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Seasonal, as-needed. Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends<br><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $15.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)</p><h2><br></h2><p><u><strong>The Role:</strong></u></p><p>As a Campus Host, you are part hospitality leader, part operations coordinator, and part problem-solver. You’ll ensure rooms are set up with excellence, A/V systems are supported, volunteers are equipped, and guests feel genuinely welcomed.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Lead room set-up and campus preparation for services, ministries, special events, and rentals</li><li>Provide A/V technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed</li><li>Maintain quality control of campus environments</li><li>Deliver outstanding guest service to internal teams and outside groups</li><li>Coordinate with Facilities and Risk Management on building and safety needs</li><li>Serve as point leader for security or evacuation situations when required</li><li>Oversee a specialty focus area (such as volunteer training, A/V, inventory management, or lobby operations)</li><li>Recruit, develop, train, and care for volunteer teams<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>What success looks like:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Ministry and events run smoothly and sustainably</li><li>Spaces consistently reflect excellence and attention to detail</li><li>Guests experience proactive, thoughtful hospitality</li><li>Volunteers feel valued, trained, and integrated</li></ul>",
