    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Under the direction of shop foreman, or supervisor, operate CNC lathes in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Use program information to determine the correct set-up, edit programs, make offsets, ensure part program matches print to produce the correct part.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Utilizing semi-automatic equipment or crane, load and correctly orientate part, operate control in machining, deburring and inspection of parts, ensure first articles are performed.</li>\n <li>Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect situations causing out-of-tolerance conditions, make necessary correction.</li>\n <li>Read work order, job travelers, and precision measuring instruments to determine dimensions, and tolerances are within specifications.</li>\n <li>Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV company, and HSE, HR QTS policies, and procedures</li>\n <li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Facility Specific Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Under general supervision of shop foreman or supervisor operate CNC lathe to repair or manufacture drill string components. Measure and document dimensional data.</li>\n <li>Ensure Work Order, part print, and program are correct before starting the job.</li>\n <li>Maintain production output while observing HSE safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Code 70 certification.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Preform and document daily maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements:&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<p><u>&nbsp;</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Physically able to stand, reach, and rotate for 8-10 hours per day</li>\n <li>Good Visual Acuity and Color Perception.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Mazatrol &amp; FANUC controls.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
