The successful candidate&nbsp;is responsible for affective management of consumable supplies for the operation, including inventory management, monthly cost analyses, contract administration and providing guidance during the annual budgeting process.&nbsp;</p><p>At Nevada Gold Mines, our vision is to be the world’s most valued gold mining business by finding, developing, and operating the best assets with the best people. We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.&nbsp;We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handles routine purchasing for all UG Operation Parts, Tools and Safety items.</li><li>Approves and reviews all bin stock invoicing.</li><li>Monthly work order issue out bolts, plates, wire ground support.</li></ul><p>Other tasks as assigned by Superintendent.</p><ul><li>End of month accruals, work with Engineering depart to report all end of month cost.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracking the 3 month/ yearly forecast purchasing items in bulk to save on cost per foot.</li><li>Processes all vendor creation and maintenance documents that workflow into purchasing, either approving or rejecting documents based on business practices, and informing end-users of required data and specifications.</li><li>Participate as a member in project work and continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>Participate and contribute to safety and environmental practices achieve an increased level of safety awareness.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and work with Strategic Sourcing on key spend categories&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure terms and conditions of agreements are fulfilled.</li><li>Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with the members of the sourcing and procurement team&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Two (2) to four (4) years of directly related maintenance planning, inventory analytics and warehousing experience or equivalent combination of training and experience <strong>required</strong></li><li>Mining experience <strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Strong computer skills using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio <strong>required</strong></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<strong> required</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision <strong>preferred&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We Can Offer You:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</li><li>Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.</li><li>Endless opportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues.</li><li>Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization.</li><li>Nevada Gold Mines is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</li></ul><p><i>Thank you for your application, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</i></p><p>#LI-TC1</p>",
