This role ensures compliance with safety standards, supports preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and acts as a key point of contact for after‑hours operational needs.</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">The ideal candidate will possess a </span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: normal;\">strong mechanical background in Diesel or Automotive systems</span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\"><strong>,</strong> demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to effectively manage personnel, workflow, and fleet performance with minimal supervision.</span></span><br><br><strong><u>What You'll be Doing</u></strong><br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.</li><li>Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.</li><li>Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.</li><li>Performs mechanical duties as needed.</li><li>Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.</li><li>Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.</li><li>Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.</li><li>Creates and submits reports as necessary.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What does it take to be a Fleet Supervisor with WM?</u></strong><br><br>A.
