      "value": "<u>Professional background</u><br><br><ul><li><strong>University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a comparable field</strong></li><li><strong>At least 5 years of professional experience</strong> as a full-stack software engineer or in a similar role</li><li>Experience in creating structured technical documentation (e.g. OpenAPI for REST APIs, or for ISMS or comparable standards)</li><li>Strong understanding of secure software development; knowledge of ISO 27001 is a strong plus</li></ul><br><u>Technical skills</u><br><br><ul><li><strong>Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), JavaScript/TypeScript and Python</strong> (additional languages such as Java or C# are a plus)</li><li>Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js) and basic styling solutions</li><li>Solid backend experience and familiarity with common architectural patterns for monolithic (e.g. multi-tier, hexagonal) as well as distributed microservices setups with high availability, failover modes, caching, message buses, etc.</li><li>Experience with various database system types: relational-, document-, and graph-based</li><li>Confident use of Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines; experience with Gitlab is a plus</li><li>Experience with containerised environments (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-native environments (Azure, GCP, AWS is a plus)</li><li>Experience working in agile environments (Scrum)</li></ul><br><u>Personal competencies</u><br><br><ul><li>General aptitude to learn new programming languages</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams</li><li>Service-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity</li><li><strong>Excellent English language skills (at least C1, written and spoken);</strong> German language skills are a plus</li><li>High level of independence, reliability, and initiative</li></ul>"
