In this role, you’ll be responsible for professional floor care—including carpet and tile cleaning—performed in accordance with established methods and schedules.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>If you take pride in detailed, hands-on work and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit for you!</strong></p>\n<h3><strong>Why Work at Willow Valley Communities?</strong></h3>\n<p>We’re proud to offer a total rewards package designed to support you both personally and professionally, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent <strong>health, dental, and vision</strong> benefits</li>\n <li>A <strong>generous PTO package</strong>, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!</li>\n <li><strong>Tuition reimbursement</strong> and <strong>scholarship opportunities</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Weekly pay</strong></li>\n <li>Team Member events and recognition programs</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Pay Rate</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$17.50 per hour</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Receive and complete work orders through a computerized system and direction from leadership</li>\n <li>Clean carpets to remove dirt, stains, soot, smoke, water damage, mildew, and excess moisture</li>\n <li>Place and operate fans and dehumidifiers for moisture control</li>\n <li>Apply fabric conditioners, protectors, deodorizers, and disinfectants</li>\n <li>Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards</li>\n <li>Safely operate and maintain floor care equipment, including carpet extractors, buffers, scrubbers, and bonnet machines</li>\n <li>Use cleaning chemicals strictly according to manufacturer guidelines</li>\n <li>Sweep, scrub, wax, polish, and vacuum various floor surfaces</li>\n <li>Clean rugs, carpets, pool areas, locker rooms, and public restrooms</li>\n <li>Transport trash, linen, and recycling bins to designated areas</li>\n <li>Maintain on-call availability for floor-care emergencies</li>\n <li>Assist the Maintenance Department when additional support is needed</li>\n <li>Respond as a first responder during fire drills and emergencies</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</strong></li>\n <li>Valid <strong>Pennsylvania Driver’s License</strong> with a clean motor vehicle record</li>\n <li>Ability to pass an MVR check and complete mandatory driver safety training</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Work Schedule</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full-Time</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Every other weekend and rotating holidays </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Location</strong></h3>\n<p><strong>Willow Valley Communities – Meadow Ridge </strong>925 Willow Valley Lakes DriveWillow Street, PA 17584</p>",
