Description

Sociology, Criminology & Human Services - Adjunct (Pool) Hartwick College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors who are qualified to teach courses in Social Work, Human Services, and health-related areas. All courses are to be taught in-person. Qualifications include MSW and at least 3-years of post-MSW experience are required (for teaching Social Work courses). Hartwick is also accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors who are qualified to teach courses in Criminal Justice. Qualifications include a master's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, Law, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis, should an opportunity arise, and applications submitted will remain active for up to two years. An independent, residential liberal arts college enrolling approximately 1,100 full-time undergraduates, Hartwick embraces the teacher-scholar model, with teaching excellence as the first priority, and seeks to recruit, retain and promote a diverse workforce.
