This includes providing the foundation for IT&#39;s robust, innovative solutions that provide critical services to our business partners and that enable the firm to develop and sustain its competitive advantage.</p><p></p><p><b>IT Job Description:</b></p><p>We are seeking an<b> Enterprise System Management Manager </b>to join<b> </b>our<b> Enterprise System Management team </b>within <b>GTI</b>, with a focus on cyber security detection and defense.</p><p></p><p><b>Describe the role:</b></p><ul><li>Candidate will contribute in managing, planning, engineering, implementing, and supporting a broad base of infrastructure monitoring, data aggregation, and performance management infrastructure globally. </li><li>Candidate will have a thorough understanding of various technology principles. The role must proactively collaborate with IT and SBUs to imbed cyber threat detection, prevention and best practices into our enterprise technology, core platforms and business systems.</li><li>Candidate will work on multiple concurrent projects that are time sensitive and are dependencies for other project completions</li><li>Candidate will manage team members and train them in AB’s various technologies</li></ul><p><b>            </b></p><p><b>Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:</b></p><p></p><p>Specific tasks include, but not limited to:</p><p>Drive strategy, determine the roadmap for new features, capabilities and advanced architectures including setting the standards for design, implementation, operation and monitoring/management. These challenges will present the candidate with significant opportunities for growth and to make his or her mark on the firm.</p><p></p><p><b>What is the professional development value of this role, i.e. what learning and professional growth</b></p><p><b>does the role offer the candidate?</b></p><p>Candidate will have opportunities to work directly with senior members of other technical teams such as networking, as well as working closely with business partners and outside vendors.  Candidate will lead and work on key projects that directly impact the firm globally.  We promote opportunities to build skillsets across multiple disciplines.</p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications </b>(The ideal candidate should have the following):</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications, Experience, Education:</b></p><ul><li>8-12 years of relevant experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree – Computer Engineering / Computer Science/ IT Information Technology</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><p>Required Technical Experience and Skills:</p><p>·   Thorough Windows/Linux/Unix system administration knowledge</p><p>·   Experience with network and system monitoring protocols, SNMP, syslog, ICMP, WMI, perfmon, etc.</p><p>·   Scripting and automation (Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell, Java, etc.) proficiency</p><p>·   Experience with SIEMs such as Splunk, Google SecOps</p><p>·   Experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog, SCOM</p><p>·   Knowledge of information security principles, theories and concepts, plus advanced knowledge of current systems, networks, or specialized security technologies.</p><p>·   Hands-on experience in designing, engineering, and implementing internet facing infrastructure and defining security strategies, such as:</p><ul><li>Data Loss Protection </li><li>DNS/DHCP</li><li>Load Balancing (Local and Global)</li></ul><p>·   Understanding of TCP/IP</p><p>·   Excellent communication skills and be comfortable working closely with senior business partners, including advance presentation skills</p><p>·   Ability to build efficient internal relationships and communicate extensively with key internal stakeholders</p><p>·   Experience to lead and manage projects involving senior technical individual contributors</p><p>·   Ability to provide functional and strategic guidance to staff and recommend policy or strategic direction changes to management</p><p>·   Ability to drive consistent and repeatable results</p><p>·   Ability to provide overall technical project planning for product enhancements</p><p></p><p><b><span>Work Shift: </span></b> <span>EST US (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) Flexible</span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Pune, India",
