This is a high-visibility, onsite role ideal for an Accounting Manager ready to step into a Controller position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end close</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare financial statements and management reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage WIP, job costing, and percentage-of-completion accounting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee cost accounting and project financials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Handle union accounting, reporting, and payroll coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with lien releases and project documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete customer and project pre-qualification packages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage banking relationships, including line of credit reporting and covenant compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support HR-related accounting functions (medical insurance, pension programs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Serve as the financial lead for the office, supporting ownership and leadership</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What They’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5–10+ years of full-cycle accounting experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Construction industry experience REQUIRED (GC or subcontractor)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong cost accounting and WIP reporting experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with $10M–$20M+ revenue environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on professional comfortable owning all aspects of accounting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Vista by Viewpoint software experience REQUIRED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to communicate professionally with banks and AR customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (highly preferred)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">**************LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ************</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
