    "requisitionDescription": "<div><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the shift and maintain an expected line speed while performing production tasks and other duties as assigned by Management.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all assignments in accordance with established policies, procedures and best practices with specific adherence to SOPs and GMPs</li><li>Ensure that product specifications and production schedule are adhered to.</li><li>Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and keep work areas and equipment neat and clean consistently throughout shift.</li><li>Communicate problems such as equipment failure, quality issues, food safety or safety hazards immediately to your Shift Lead.</li><li>Maintain the work flow by monitoring each step of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.</li><li>Communicates frequently with lead, supervisor or manager; other material handlers, machine operators and warehouse employees.</li><li>Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure quality of product based on position responsibilities</li></ul><ul><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Accurate completion of paperwork.</li><li>Effective math skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Interpersonal and team skills for working with employees at all levels within the company.</li><li>Ability to lift on a continuing basis.</li><li>Ability to operate a pallet jack.</li><li>Ability to work in a safe manner in a production environment with safety hazards.</li><li>Ability to tolerate fluctuating temperatures in a loud noise production environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical Demands of the Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to see, speak, hear, read, walk, and stand, walk, reach with hands and arms. &nbsp;for long periods. The employee must be able to pull, push, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and lift in excess of 50 lbs. There is extensive walking required.</p></div>\n",
