This role sits within Infrastructure Operations, focusing on the deployment, maintenance, and operational management of core IT infrastructure.</p>\n<p><strong>A role you will love</strong></p>\n<p>The Infrastructure Operations Engineer&nbsp;is responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;the delivery, deployment,&nbsp;maintenance,&nbsp;support&nbsp;and optimisation&nbsp;of the core&nbsp;IT infrastructure. The role ensures&nbsp;that standard products and services are&nbsp;implemented efficiently and that systems&nbsp;remain&nbsp;reliable,&nbsp;secure,&nbsp;compliant&nbsp;and performant throughout their lifecycle.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Other key duties and responsibilities are as follows:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Deployment &amp; Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy, configure, and automate infrastructure solutions aligned to approved architecture and standards</li>\n <li>Support project transitions into production and execute changes through governed processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Maintenance &amp; Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and capacity</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative actions</li>\n <li>Manage patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities</li>\n <li>Support incident, problem, and change management processes</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks</li>\n <li>Collaborate with vendors and support disaster recovery planning and execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security &amp;
