This position sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and client engagement—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving energy landscape. You’ll bring expertise, curiosity, and a customer‑first mindset to a role that helps move the industry toward a lower‑carbon future. The position is based out of Houston, TX. What You’ll Do Lead strategic management of major aviation and sustainability‑focused accounts, building deep, long‑term relationships across complex customer organizations. Responsible for Sales Strategy Development, Digital Platform Development, and Market Analysis. Identify customer needs and market opportunities to develop tailored SAF and environmental‑attribute solutions that support client objectives and business profitability. Guide cross‑functional teams to shape bespoke commercial offerings, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful contract execution. Use data, insights, and CRM tools to monitor performance, anticipate challenges, and deliver consistently strong customer experience. Promote and expand adoption of sustainable aviation fuel by educating customers, articulating environmental benefits, and representing the organization at industry events. Partner with commercial, regulatory, sustainability, and aviation teams to integrate SAF into customer strategies and support implementation and reporting. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and account for metrics to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities. Serve as a subject‑matter expert, championing customer‑centric practices, building influential networks, and ensuring compliance while continuously improving sales processes. What You’ll Bring — Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor’s degree 6 or more years of B2B sales experience in aviation, sustainability or energy industry 1-2 years of experience directly related sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and/or Environmental attribute sales Proficiency using CRM systems and sales‑related tools to manage data and support account strategies Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and develop tailored solutions that align with client needs What Makes You Stand Out — Preferred Experience working with aviation, sustainability, renewable fuels, or energy‑related markets Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams Strong business insight with the ability to understand market dynamics and apply financial considerations to decision‑making Established network buying or selling environmental attributes within the aviation industry Demonstrated success advancing customer‑focused solutions in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments Ability to translate customer objectives into customized commercial offerings that support long‑term growth Strong presentation skills and the confidence to represent the organization in external forums, conferences, or industry events Passion for sustainability, low‑carbon innovation, and helping customers achieve their environmental goals Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $180,900- $221,100.
