          "text": "<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage employees’ monthly shift work - schedule and any changes throughout the month based on business needs by ensuring that all shifts are always covered, and live tables work with no interruptions</li><li>Manage and approve or reject any schedule events (vacations, sick leave, maternity, paternity leaves, etc.), ensure appropriate coverage is in place</li><li>Collaborate with managers on shift in advance in case certain scheduling tasks need to be handled on shift when out of office hours</li><li>Use various internal systems including but not limited to JIRA, WIKI, MS Office and scheduling software NEVOS, etc.</li><li>Ensure that scheduling function KPI targets are achieved – rotation efficiency, overtime, native language coverage, shuffle service coverage, etc.</li><li>Attendance on meetings organized by direct manager or other departments</li><li>Initiate scheduling efficiency changes, implement different procedures to improve schedule management and workflow</li><li>Responsible for specific projects and tasks</li><li>Operate in shifts, answer scheduler phone (call-outs/lateness/other emergencies which can impact the schedule)</li><li>Inform employees about changes in their schedule via phone/emails</li><li>Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications</li><li>Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work</li><li>Payroll - reporting hours from NEVOS to payroll department</li><li>Attendance Tracking -&#xa0;Accurate records,&#xa0;Distribute Documentation to management Team for Issuance</li><li>Training of new employees or other managers to cover scheduling duties while out office</li><li>Manage planning and forecasting of the staffing levels (leavers and potential drop outs)</li></ul>",
