    "jobDescription": "Fort Washington Medical Center<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><h2><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http://www.myworkday.com/adventisthealthcare/d/task/3005$4482.htmld\">If you are a current Adventist HealthCare employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.</a></h2><h2><i><b> </b></i></h2>Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire a Housekeeper who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.<br><br>As a Housekeeper, you will: <br>• Provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for patients, staff, and visitors through the effective and efficient performance of assigned environmental services functions and tasks.<br>• Works with other departments to assist with extra cleaning duties as they arise. <br>• Assists with maintenance of supplies in housekeeping, notifying supervisor when refill orders are needed.<br> • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing<br>• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards<br>• Notify supervisor or manager on any damages, deficits and disturbances<br>• Keeping bathrooms stocked with supplies<br>• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed<br>• Required Qualifications: Competencies<br>• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance<br>• Able to work quickly without compromising quality<br>• Advanced knowledge of cleaning products<br>• Excellent verbal communication skills<br>• Flexibility and dedication to team environment<br>• Ability to work with diverse communities<br><br>Qualifications include:<br>• A high school diploma or GED is highly desired, but not required <br>• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
