line-height: 107%;\">Collaborate with Management and Human Resources to develop and implement flexible workforce strategies that address the challenges of recruiting and retaining fabrication shop personnel in a highly cyclical industry environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Develop fabrication procedures and establish clear quality standards; implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure all work is compliant</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Develop supply chain and procurement operations to support the fabrication facility</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Work with Engineering to ensure an efficient method of drawing management is deployed, including methods to capture anomalies or errors in drawings and have them corrected</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Champion a culture that is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards and adhering to all Company HSE policies</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;\">Focus on continuous improvement, identifying ways to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining the highest quality standards</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
