Description

The Bay Area is looking for a Night Field Supervisor! Basic Functions: Ensure operations are running smoothly through various tasks. Responsibilities: Include the following. 1. Be an active role model for all field employees at all times. 2. Ensure field crews are adhering to LEMSA and NORCAL Ambulance policies, practices and procedures and issue mentoring, education or discipline when appropriate. 3. Perform field assessments of patients as needed to ensure the safety of our crews and patients during transport. 4. Provide lift assists and ride along on priority calls to ensure the safety of our crews and patients during transport. 5. Troubleshoot equipment and vehicle issues in the field. 6. Troubleshoot transport issues with hospital staff when appropriate. 7. Respond to vehicle accidents and/or Incidents to assist and/or coordinate resources when appropriate. 8. Respond to patient incidents to assist and/or coordinate resources when appropriate. 9. Perform driver training, education and driver remediations.Perform other related duties as assigned.
