Be an active role model for all field employees at all times.</strong></p><p><strong>2. Ensure field crews are adhering to LEMSA and NORCAL Ambulance policies, practices and procedures and issue mentoring, education or discipline when appropriate.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Perform field assessments of patients as needed to ensure the safety of our crews and patients during transport.</strong></p><p><strong>4. Provide lift assists and ride along on priority calls to ensure the safety of our crews and patients during transport.</strong></p><p><strong>5. Troubleshoot equipment and vehicle issues in the field.</strong></p><p><strong>6. Troubleshoot transport issues with hospital staff when appropriate.</strong></p><p><strong>7. Respond to vehicle accidents and/or Incidents to assist and/or coordinate resources when appropriate.</strong></p><p><strong>8. Respond to patient incidents to assist and/or coordinate resources when appropriate.</strong></p><p><strong>9. Perform driver training, education and driver remediations.Perform other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>",
