Responsibilities – a guide but not limited to</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to work 10-hour days</span></li>\n<li><span>Personal Battery Powered tools are required for job (Screw gun, saws, Sawzall, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Finish Concrete and having own hand tools for job</span></li>\n<li>Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes</li>\n<li>Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.</li>\n<li>Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.</li>\n<li><span>Leveling Beams and Post</span></li>\n<li>Build forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts</li>\n<li>Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities</li>\n<li><span>Operate jackhammers or drills to breakup concrete</span></li>\n<li><span>Safely erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, and ramps</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding and having tools to be able to complete the job at hand</span></li>\n<li><span>Honest ability about skill set and work accomplished</span></li>\n<li><span>Quality minded and focused</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work alone</span></li>\n<li><span>Load tools, equipment, and materials into vehicles for each project;
