Your role is to ensure every customer has a great experience, from scheduling appointments to explaining repairs and services. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span> </span></p>\n<p><span>• Maintain proactive and timely communications with clients and team members. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Prepare for client service with a pre-write process to document client needs in advance of their arrival. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Present service recommendations and service menu mileage offerings to 100% of qualified clients. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Fully utilize digital systems for efficiency and accuracy. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Achieve a world-class customer experience with a customer satisfaction score greater than 90%. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Generate sales of more than 2.25 hours per repair order to meet client needs. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Be an outstanding team member and provide excellent client service. Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><span>• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Strong understanding of automotive systems and enjoy working around automobiles and great people. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills with a strong understanding of automotive systems. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Proficiency with computer software for scheduling and record-keeping. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. </span></p>\n<p><span>• Must be a non-drug user.
