Assist staff &amp; interns as needed.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Create and maintain the work schedule for the clinicians, including the assessment schedule, monthly.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Assign monthly peer reviews &amp; maintain internal peer review tracker. Train staff on findings of monthly peer review to ensure program accountability to compliance standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Attend monthly Quality Improvement Partners meetings &amp; send notes to PM &amp; staff.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Review monthly Quality Assurance memos from the County &amp; distribute information to PM &amp; staff.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Oversee the quarterly Utilization Review Committee &amp; ensure at least 5 client charts are reviewed for UM/UR per quarter. Ensure all clients with an mhoms score of 6 or higher are reviewed quarterly.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Submit tracking data to PM as requested.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Complete administrative supervision with all clinicians at least 1x monthly to provide support, training, &amp; ensure accountability to program &amp; contract requirements.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Daily, review and assign clients who missed a psychiatric appointment to a clinician to conduct follow-up and engagement efforts. Assign clients who missed an assessment to the intake specialist for follow-up.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Provides input towards program policy and procedure design, revision, and deletion.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Complete all assigned duties within the time frame and according to the standards as established by the Program Manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Master&rsquo;s degree and CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
