The position works directly with clients, Client Advisors, and Surety Company representatives to execute all types of surety bonds.</p><h2></h2><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Maintain and update client financial and bond files</li><li>Review contracts and bond forms, extracting relevant information</li><li>Ensure accuracy of bid and final bond requests</li><li>Prepare and issue bid and final bonds</li><li>Provide timely status updates to clients</li><li>Process final close‑outs and premium audits</li><li>Handle billing and accounts receivable follow‑ups</li><li>Act as liaison between clients, internal teams, and surety companies</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with surety partners</li><li>Prepare routine and follow‑up correspondence (paper and electronic)</li><li>File, draft, and send correspondence and documentation</li><li>Prepare overnight packages, receipts, and mailings</li><li>Assist Client Advisors and other team members as needed</li><li>Provide general administrative support as assigned</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Job Requirements</h2><ul><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem‑solving</li><li>Strong time management, organization, and prioritization abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion</li><li>Professional demeanor with a positive, service‑oriented attitude</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and apply insurance policies, contracts, and agency procedures</li><li>Ability to prepare routine reports and professional correspondence</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>Sound judgment, integrity, and ability to act with tact and fairness</li><li>Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines</li><li>Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to perform well under pressure</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Education &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred</li><li>5&#43; years of prior experience in surety bonds required</li><li>Texas Property &amp; Casualty insurance license required</li><li>Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or insurance preferred</li></ul></div><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-SS1</p><p></p><p><b>Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.</b></p><p> </p><p><b>Why Join Us:</b></p><p>At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact.
