Negotiable based on experience.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift: </span>7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Benefits:</span> Eligible for benefits on first day of employment<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Vacation:</span> 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year (6.5 weeks in total)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Control Systems Operator/Technician</span>, you will:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Continuously monitors the Facility Control Systems, primarily using Siemens BAS system to ensure proper operation of all systems and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and monitor the performance of the Facility Control Systems. This includes monitoring and managing equipment and system alarms utilizing graphical user interfaces and control system programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Validates equipment and system alarms, and creates work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, commissioning, point-to-point checkouts, and/or replacement of HVAC controls systems &amp; equipment; most work will involve Siemens DDC controls with some Johnson Controls Metasys® building automation system and controls</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Test and perform modifications to systems software when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">May perform minor maintenance and service on HVAC equipment to include, but not limited to, filter changes, greasing, and other preventative maintenance duties</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Operational Experience working with Siemens Apogee, Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, Metasys, or other comparable Building Automation Systems (BAS)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Experience commissioning, troubleshooting or installing DDC systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and competency of HVAC principles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and proficiency using a computer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Good communication skills, both written and verbal</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Basic knowledge of safety equipment, requirements for use, and HVAC systems safety procedures and protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as required to perform site duties.
