Our region delivers exceptional design solutions that elevate functionality and create spaces that inspire, engage, and bring people together.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings for vertical structures and facilities.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Manage a large group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating all other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Perform&nbsp;internal reviews and quality checks of the models and drawings to ensure compliance with CAD/ BIM standards, transit standards and guidelines, and PSOS.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(10, 10, 10);\">Research materials, products and technologies required for the design and incorporate into the details, specification and other documents.</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Architectural studies degree or other applicable higher education qualifications.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>8+ years experience delivering BIM projects using authoring tools such as Revit, C3D, OpenBuildings Designer and CDE platforms such as ProjectWise, BIM360 or ACC</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Experience working with North American design requirements, regulations, and climate.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Sound knowledge of Transit design principles and method, including design, specifications, construction and contract administration.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Knowledge of Municipal and provincial planning and zoning requirements and processes.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Familiarity with both Provincial and National related standards, codes and their application to transit facilities.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Understanding of Heritage Architecture aspects pertaining to transit projects.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>AB, BC, NT, NU, SK &amp; YT: </strong>$93,700 - 124,200</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>MB &amp; ON: </strong>$85,500 - 117,800</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>NB, NL, NS, PE &amp; QC:</strong> $84,700 - 112,400</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Disclosure:</strong></span><br><span data-teams=\"true\">The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
