This position will work closely with Dealerships,Sales and other internal departments to investigate and remedy outstanding buybacks owed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain business relationships with existing dealers and customers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for communicating with Dealer Marketing Managers, Regional Managers, and Dealer partners in order to facilitate and resolve buybacks that remain outstanding.</li>\n <li>Conduct preliminary study to assess the buyback process by reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure they are in line with business objectives.</li>\n <li>Follow up and perform action plans to resolve outstanding buybacks.</li>\n <li>Assist dealer partners and providers in devising a strategy to expedite the amounts owed and work closely with management on all aspects of the buyback process.</li>\n <li>Assist with projects related to buybacks including gathering the required information, identifying deliverables, revising reports, obtaining appropriate approvals, publishing reports, and maintaining historical files.</li>\n <li>Update account information in accordance with established procedures and security guidelines and perform accurate account documentation.</li>\n <li>Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of progressive experience in the auto lending, collections, or consumer lending industry with strong track record.</li>\n <li>Effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state and local colletions regulations.</li>\n <li>Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Bonus</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#VHP</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Veros Credit, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.</p>\n<p>**This Organization Participates in E-Verify</p>",
