Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Operations Agent</span> to reinforce our Client Service department. As Booking Agent, you will be the key point of contact for all co-owners requests.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist and advice our co-owners with their questions and requests (information, flight booking, problems, …)</li>\n<li>Make reservations for our co-owners based on their various requirements</li>\n<li>Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation</li>\n<li>Sort out any issues, diagnose and find solutions concerning any query</li>\n<li>Communicate in an effective way with all concerned departments (Flight Planning, Operations, Pilots, etc.)</li>\n<li>Maintain a high quality service to our co-owners</li>\n<li>Ensure an organized follow-up of incoming emails and calls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first successful experience with relational/commercial responsibilities and exposure to high ranking customers</li>\n<li>An excellent level of English and French, German or any other European language is considered as an asset</li>\n<li>Excellent command of MS Office</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Attention to details</li>\n<li>Team work minded</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours according to operations needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The working schedule is a \"morning/day/evening\" shift (nights excluded) over all week days (including Sundays and legal holidays).</p>",
