This leadership role combines client delivery, practice development, and business development responsibilities, helping organizations optimize Finance & Accounting operations through process improvement, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), automation, and digital transformation.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and Finance leaders, bringing deep expertise in finance operations, transformation programs, and consulting services.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Practice Leadership</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Finance Transformation, F&A Optimization, Shared Services, and BPO engagements for enterprise clients.</li>\n <li>Manage project delivery, client satisfaction, project financials, resource planning, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement solutions that improve finance processes, operational efficiency, and business performance.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop consulting professionals while supporting the growth of the Finance Transformation practice.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and repeatable solutions that drive long-term client value.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Client Relationship & Business Development</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and senior business leaders.</li>\n <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for operational improvement and transformation.</li>\n <li>Support business development activities, client proposals, and solution design efforts.</li>\n <li>Conduct client assessments to understand business, operational, and technology needs.</li>\n <li>Contribute to thought leadership initiatives related to Finance Transformation, Shared Services, Automation, and BPO.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>10+ years of professional experience, with 15+ years preferred.</li>\n   <li>Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting, transformation, Shared Services, or BPO environment.</li>\n   <li>Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting operations, particularly Record-to-Report (R2R).</li>\n   <li>Proven experience leading Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Operational Excellence initiatives.</li>\n   <li>Experience managing consulting teams and delivering complex client engagements.</li>\n   <li>Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.</li>\n   <li>Experience working directly with Fortune 1000, multinational, or large middle-market organizations.</li>\n   <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li>\n  </ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li>CPA, Master's Degree, or other relevant professional certification.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of US GAAP.</li>\n   <li>Experience with ERP implementations and finance technology solutions.</li>\n   <li>Understanding of Latin American business and accounting practices.</li>\n   <li>Bilingual English and Spanish.</li>\n  </ul><h2>Preferred Technology Experience</h2><p>Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Financial Close & Consolidation (BlackLine, Trintech, FloQast)</li>\n   <li>Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Automation</li>\n   <li>OCR, Workflow, and Reconciliation Solutions</li>\n   <li>Intelligent Automation and AI Technologies</li>\n   <li>Robotic Process Automation (RPA)</li>\n   <li>Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Document Processing</li>\n   <li>ERP Platforms and Financial Systems</li>\n  </ul><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Successfully leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives.</li>\n   <li>Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.</li>\n   <li>Delivering measurable operational improvements for clients.</li>\n   <li>Supporting business growth through innovative solutions and thought leadership.</li>\n   <li>Developing high-performing consulting teams and future leaders.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-MM1</p>",
