Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Assess and estimate the time and scope of repairs before beginning work</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs</li><li>Maintain an organized inventory of materials and supplies across locations</li><li>Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors as needed</li><li>Travel between our Southeast Wisconsin properties to perform hands-on maintenance work</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2>You’re a self-starter who takes ownership of your work and sweats the details.
