    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p>Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Outreach, the Clinical Outreach Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources; developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective new clients.</p><p><u>Job Duties</u></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Handling public relations, such as developing strategic relationships, attending tradeshows, and conducting informational presentations at universities, clubs, and civic groups.</p><p>Developing press releases, brochures, and other marketing materials.</p><p>Developing and maintaining the organization&#39;s website.</p><p>Organizing outreach events, including the sales, marketing, and planning, to promote the services of the organization and receive donations.</p><p>Collecting and analyzing data on local demographics, developing results, and presenting the conclusions to the relevant departments.</p><p>Advertising for, screening, and recruiting volunteers, providing them with training and support, tracking their performance, and keeping records of their activities.</p><p>Creating activities to supplement and support staff needs.</p><p>Verifying the volunteers&#39; availability, receiving their feedback, recognizing their efforts, and answering their questions.</p><p>Performing administrative duties, such as overseeing mailings, organizing travel, monitoring budget information, and reporting on financial issues.</p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 16px; line-height: 1.5; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); margin: 0px 0px 0.75rem; font-family: \"Noto Sans\", \"Helvetica Neue\", Helvetica, Arial, \"Liberation Sans\", Roboto, Noto, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;'>Candidates must meet the company&rsquo;s hiring criteria to include a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
