This is a first shift opportunity and<strong> the pay rate is $45-$60/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong>    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on ammonia, CO2 and Freon refrigeration systems</li>\n <li>Complex system installations, startups and commissioning</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency service calls & troubleshooting issues</li>\n <li>Read & interpret technical drawings, schematics and P&IDs to support efficient repairs & installations</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, PSM)</li>\n <li>Communicate efficiently with service manager, service coordinator and customers regarding job status, repairs and recommendations</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed service records, reports & documentation in accordance with company standards</li>\n <li>Assist in planning & coordinating resources, tools & materials for service & project work</li>\n <li>Stay current with industry technologies, codes and best practices</li>\n <li>Prepare quotes for customers based on required service, parts, and labor</li>\n <li>Identify potential new customers and opportunities for service growth, supporting the company’s business development effort</li>\n <li>Maintain company vehicles assigned for service work, including routine inspections, cleaning, fueling, and reporting any maintenance needs or damage</li>\n <li>Use company credit cards responsibly for approved business-related expenses, following company policies and submitting receipts and documentation promptly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in industrial refrigeration (ammonia, CO₂, or Freon systems)</li>\n <li>RETA certification (CIRO, CARO, CRST or equivalent) preferred</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, controls, and safety protocols</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs</li>\n <li>Familiarity with PSM/RMP compliance and documentation</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel and work on-call as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
