    "description": "<p>Fox Cities Builders is looking for an experienced Building Crew Member who’s ready to work hard, move fast, and take ownership on the jobsite.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We don’t just need another body on site — we need someone dependable, skilled, and ready to contribute from day one.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing:</span></p>\n<p>You’ll work alongside a strong, team-first crew constructing commercial and agricultural projects from the ground up. From framing and structural work to setting materials and assisting with equipment, you’ll play a key role in bringing our projects to life. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is hands-on, physical, and rewarding.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>2+ years construction experience</li>\n<li>Able to work at heights of 30+ ft</li>\n<li>Able to lift 75+ lbs</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in all weather conditions</li>\n<li>Physically able to climb, lift, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven surfaces<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">You must also be able to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and stand while operating or moving equipment</li>\n<li>Climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment as needed</li>\n<li>Walk and work safely on uneven, wet, slippery, or grainy surfaces</li>\n<li>Work outdoors in all weather conditions — heat, cold, rain, or snow</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is hands-on, physical work — and it’s rewarding.
