This position requires high-level thinking to architect solutions across a variety of hardware and a passion for focusing and committing.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working on this technology, you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on the implementation and quality of Quvia's next generation products. You also excel at dealing with the complexities associated with large enterprise customers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best solutions for new customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across different business verticals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot complex issues during the POC phase and work with customer, QA and Engineering teams to deploy fixes as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and services provided.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as a technical advisor to customers, offering guidance on best practices and optimal usage of terrestrial and satellite communication systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of Quvia products and their value proposition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stay updated on the latest advancements in Quvia systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, systems, engineering, QA, and service delivery, to ensure successful project execution.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 8 to 10 years of experience in satellite and terrestrial communications, with a focus on multi-link architecture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 8 to 10 years of previous experience with networking concepts and RF engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven knowledge and understanding of managing virtual infrastructure using VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and SD-WAN platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco (Meraki/Viptela), or similar enterprise solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Satellite communication (SATCOM) systems knowledge and experience is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A thorough understanding of computer hardware, and operating systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with automating workflows to support demos and any other ad-hoc activity during POCs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We'll Offer</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Connectivity and content engineering and business knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Opportunity to work in cross-functional teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competitive Salary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">401(k) with 100% match up to 4.0% after one year of service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competitive health benefits, including optical and dental</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Life Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Performance Bonus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Flexible paid time off policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monthly Phone Allowance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Quvia will never ask to interview job applicants via text message or ask for personal banking information as part of the interview process.
