At MCHWC we believe that a patient’s zip code should not impact the quality of care they receive. Through </span><em><span style=\"color: #1f1a17; font-size: 13px;\">clinic sites in Marin County and San Francisco</span></em><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 13px;\">, we provide wrap-around services for children, adults and seniors, including medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use and homeless services. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Marin City Health and Wellness (MCHWC) </span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">an eligible Federally Qualified Health Center in the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Develop and maintain clinical programs to deliver high quality clinical care to the family medicine patient population at Bayview Hunters Point</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">In coordination with the clinical and operational leadership, provides input on the impact of clinic programs and policies on our patients and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Collaborates with specialists and other clinical partners, MarinHealth and UCSF. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">In cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer, Director of Operations, and Quality and Risk Manager, contributes to the implementation of a comprehensive quality management program related to family medicine services, including regular medical audits, protocol reviews, peer reviews, and tracking and reporting on appropriate clinical measures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Provide direct patient care, with a standard of excellence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Provide patient follow up and referrals as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Provide health education and counseling to patients, in a sensitive and supportive manner.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">For MDs/DOs: Current CA Medical License and Board Certification Eligibility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Demonstrated medical clinical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Interest in working with a diverse patient population in a community-based organization and sensitivity to their needs and health problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to communicate effectively and work with individuals from a wide range of ages, socio-economic, ethnic, racial backgrounds, and disabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Spanish language ability an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to work well independently under minimum supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Knowledge of San Francisco community resources is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Valid California driver’s license, automobile, and automobile liability insurance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience with electronic health records, specifically eCW strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Community health clinic background preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Experience as part of a team-based care model preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">#ZR</span></p>",
