This role supports tower operations, customer deployments, and network performance through RF analysis, system configuration, and at times, fieldwork in outdoor environments.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style='font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following.</span></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;list-style-type: disc;\"><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Design, implement, and maintain wireless network configurations.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Perform wireless site surveys and RF evaluations to ensure optimal coverage and performance.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Configure and optimize access points, radios, and tower equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Monitor and improve network performance using Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies (VLANs, routing, switching).&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collaborate with OSP teams and installers to support customer turn-ups and service deployments.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist tower personnel with site installations, equipment upgrades, and replacements.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in; font-size: 16px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Troubleshoot network, RF, and connectivity issues across the wireless infrastructure.&nbsp;</li><li style='margin: 0in;
