This role is responsible for scheduling and executing file transfers, managing incidents, supporting disaster recovery activities, and maintaining backup and restore processes, along with basic network troubleshooting.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in IT operations, a proactive mindset, and the ability to document processes, monitor system performance, and support a 24/7 operational environment, including participation in a rotational on-call schedule.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsibilities</span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Configure, manage, and monitor Managed File Transfer (MFT) processes, including scheduled and ad-hoc transfers, ensuring secure and reliable data movement&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Administer and monitor enterprise job scheduling tools to support timely execution of data processing and report distribution; troubleshoot and resolve job failures&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Identify, log, prioritize, and escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures to minimize business impact&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Coordinate and execute disaster recovery (DR) activities, including regular testing and validation of data integrity&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Monitor and maintain backup processes;
