You'll craft business plans and strategic planning materials to guide critical business decisions and program implementations. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering strategic capital projects and aligning annual goals with Providence's overarching strategic directions.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Strategic Visionary:</strong>&nbsp;Spearhead strategy and vision for NPS &amp; PMC using data-driven insights to craft business plans and evaluate program potential. Lead growth strategies like physician ventures and joint ventures, ensuring seamless integration with executives.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Capital Planning Leader:</strong>&nbsp;Manage strategic capital requests, overseeing the identification, planning, and presentation of proposals to Service Area, Division, and System governance bodies.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Service Line Champion:</strong>&nbsp;Develop effective service line growth and outreach programs to optimize evolution and achieve NOI performance goals.
