The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track of shipping enterprise SaaS products.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring an intense customer focus, an ability to influence without authority, good product instincts, data-driven decision making and advanced problem solving using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. from vision and strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.</li><li>Translate customer needs, market trends, and industry shifts into product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases for product investment.</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, Sales and Operations to bring new capabilities to market.</li><li>Own customer discovery, leveraging customer insights, data, and real-world adoption and usage metrics to prioritize features that deliver measurable customer and business impact.</li><li>Define and evolve product strategy across payments, secure access, and card manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Serve as the subject-matter expert and evangelist for your products &ndash; articulating product vision, differentiation, and capabilities to customers, stakeholders, and partners.</li><li>Collaborate with UX to design scalable, intuitive features, and with global engineering teams to ensure they are technically feasible and built to a high standard.</li><li>Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and sprint demo and release communication for your product areas.</li><li>Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, compliance requirements, and operational feasibility across a multi-site, high-security manufacturing footprint.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement across global engineering and operations &ndash;
