With intuition and strategic thinking, you prioritize competing demands as you lead your team to deliver on time.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Binnie is looking for a Senior Project Controller, to join our Transportation Major Projects Division, which provides Owner’s Engineer and Project Delivery services for the design, procurement and construction of major infrastructure projects in British Columbia.  This is a full-time position available in our Burnaby Office, located near scenic Deer Lake.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our recent projects include the Patullo Bridge Replacement Project, Fraser River Tunnel Project, and Steveston Interchange Project.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work with our experienced Senior Project Managers and our talented engineering team to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">YOUR ROLE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as the primary point of contact for project controls functions on assigned projects, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal support teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead project controls activities on projects, providing guidance, oversight, and technical expertise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop, implement, and maintain project controls frameworks, procedures, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide project managers and senior leadership with forecasting insights, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate project controls coordination meetings, reporting cycles, and governance reviews to ensure visibility, alignment, and accountability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee and review outputs from document controllers, cost controllers, and schedule controllers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct project performance analysis and quality control/assurance reviews to ensure integrity of project data and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to the delivery of major projects as part of the Owner’s Engineer/project delivery team through effective project controls</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure project controls deliverables meet organizational quality standards and client expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integrate into client reporting systems and project teams to provide project controls expertise and support overall project delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactively support clients by anticipating project controls needs, identifying risks, and recommending solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain project baselines (cost, schedule, and scope) to enable effective performance tracking and forecasting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage and track change control processes, including assessing impacts to scope, cost, and schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and analyze project schedules and cost performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of 10 years of related technical experience and project controls, project management, cost control, scheduling, risk management, or project delivery experience in a civil engineering or construction environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated expertise in establishing, implementing, and managing integrated project controls systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with industry-standard project controls tools and software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, and other alternative delivery models</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working within complex, multidisciplinary project environments, including collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Positive, proactive, and dependable approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated team management and delegation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
