    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Full job description</strong></p><p><strong>General Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Good work habits including the ability to show up on time and ready to work.</li><li>Be able to carry 50 lbs, set up and work from ladders and platforms and, work from lifts using appropriate harness equipment.</li><li>Have and maintain a valid drivers license.</li><li>The ability to work within OSHA, State and local regulations.</li><li>Must have the ability to work in both subfloor and ceiling locations.</li><li>Must have the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.</li><li>The ability to apply industry, company and customer safety standards.</li><li>The ability to listen and learn from Technicians, Project Managers &nbsp;</li><li>Have good communication skills and strive for excellent customer service both at the job site and at the office.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical skills</strong></p><p>Installation and repair of:</p><ul><li>Commercial DSC, DMP, Honeywell and Bosch alarm systems</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Security systems experience preferred</li><li>Installation and repair of Cat5e and Cat 6 network cabling and its related pathway appliances including but not limited to J-hooks and cable trays.</li></ul><ul><li>Be able to read blueprints and tech drawings to determine pathways and installation appliances.</li><li>Be able to follow customer and company requirements in placement of fire stop when needed.</li><li>Termination and cable runs should appear neat, tidy and be properly labeled to company standards.</li><li>Strong communication skills are necessary between Technicians, Apprentices and Project Managers.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional useful skills at all levels:</strong></p><ul><li>The ability to install and troubleshoot WiFi and wired networks using industry standard routers and switches.</li><li>Be able to learn on the job using logic skills and online resources.</li></ul><p>Basic hand tools are required. Specialty tools provided.</p><p>Must be willing to travel</p><p>Additional Experience a Plus:</p><p>Access Control, CCTV and/or Alarm Systems&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
