These duties include:</p><ul><li>Read and interpret property deeds</li><li>Prepare deed composite</li><li>Prepare boundary surveys and the associated metes and bounds descriptions</li><li>Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and the ability to review title commitments and reports</li><li>Prepare WSSC easements</li><li>Prepare various types of easements, including the associated metes and bounds descrptions</li><li>Prepare subdivision plats</li><li>Process topographic surveys</li><li>Compute construction stakeout</li><li>Process construction stakeout field notes and prepare cut sheets</li><li>Interpret construction drawings</li><li>Have a familiarity with surveying field procedures and equipment</li><li>Prepare WSSC water and sewer asbuilt drawings</li><li>Prepare house wall checks and final house location drawings</li><li>Prepare condominium drawings</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years&rsquo; experience, preferably some time working in Maryland, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a good driving record. &nbsp;Must be able to perform physical tasks. &nbsp;Must be detail oriented, accurate and work well with others. &nbsp;Additionally, must be dependable and have a positive team player attitude. &nbsp;This is a full-time position and ability to work overtime as needed is required. &nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
