    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are you?  </span>A person who enjoys working with people, values customer service excellence and highly identifies themselves with the Hudson brands.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will you do? </span>Execute all activities necessary to ensure efficient store operations, prompt and excellent service to all customers, as well as maximise store sales and customer service experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How will you do it?</span><span> </span>By promoting Hudson’s image of quality and professionalism, showcase superior teamwork capabilities and display a unique passion for the retail industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Main Role Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach.</li>\n<li>Meet set sales targets.</li>\n<li>Stock, replenish and clean sales areas.</li>\n<li>Assist client with product selection.</li>\n<li>Process payments of various kinds.</li>\n<li>Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements.</li>\n<li>Deal with customer complaints.</li>\n<li>Utilise specialist product knowledge.</li>\n<li>Monitor and update display areas.</li>\n<li>Count and balance cash register and receipts.</li>\n<li>Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged. prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.</li>\n<li>Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform designated staff member of stock requirements.</li>\n<li>Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager.</li>\n<li>Set up promotional displays; signs and/or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.</li>\n<li>Train new sales staff in basic operations and procedures.</li>\n<li>Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Role Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retail and/or sales experience in fashion/sports retail industries will be considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Highly responsible and reliable.</li>\n<li>Adaptable to changes and works well under pressure.</li>\n<li>Strong relationship skills and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Proactive and positive approach to work – attitude is everything.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills – English language skills will be considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Well-rounded teamwork style – there is no I in TEAM!<br><br><a href=\"https://hudson.com.mt/recruitment-privacy-policy/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Recruitment Privacy Policy</a></li>\n</ul>",
