Your work will directly improve our efficiency and product reliability.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain automated test scripts using modern QA tools.</li>\n <li>Write and execute clear test plans and test cases.</li>\n <li>Document test processes, results, and release notes.</li>\n <li>Work with product and support teams to reproduce and analyze issues.</li>\n <li>Provide direct remote assistance to customers to troubleshoot problems.</li>\n <li>Occasionally assist with development and deployment tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-4 years of experience in a QA role.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of QA methods, including writing test plans and bug reports.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>About Our Team:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Join our team, known for its collaborative ethos, working seamlessly with global customers, internal engineering teams and product development groups.
