This role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment to portfolio roadmaps, delivery standards, and business objectives.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>-Partner with product and engineering teams to support development and execution of portfolio roadmap.</p><p>-Plan, coordinate, and support day to day execution of assigned programs and initiatives.</p><p>-Lead and facilitate large program planning activities to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.</p><p>-Track, monitor, and report program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple stakeholders.</p><p>-Ensure program execution aligns with enterprise and sector program management standards.</p><p>-Work with product and stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate status and recommendations.</p><p>-Facilitate regular reviews with leadership to assess program progress and validate outcomes.</p><p>-Support engineering rigor by ensuring delivery aligns with agreed acceptance criteria and definitions of done.</p><p>-Identify and resolve impediments, escalating as appropriate through established governance channels.</p><p>-Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross program and cross team coordination.</p><p>-Maintain visibility into interdependencies and manage escalations to support delivery of business value.</p><p>-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change initiatives across programs.</p><p></p><p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><p>-Proven experience in Program Management, Process Management, or Software Delivery.</p><p>-Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud or software engineering environments.</p><p>-Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.</p><p>-Experience working in organizations that use agile methodologies for software delivery.</p><p>-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate delivery across matrixed teams.</p><p>-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.</p><p>-Experience influencing stakeholders and managing priorities in complex delivery environments.</p><p>-Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives.</p><p>-One or more relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) preferred.</p><p>-Technical Domain Knowledge (Hands On Coding Not Required)</p><p>The role requires sufficient technical depth to facilitate architecture and system discussions, reviews, and go live activities, including experience in one or more of the following:</p><p>-Major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)?Vulnerability management and remediation</p><p>-Application security</p><p>-Automation and CI/CD tools and practices</p><p>-Public cloud security practices and services</p><p>Deliverables / Expected Outcomes</p><p>-Coordinated delivery of programs aligned to portfolio objectives and adoption tracking.</p><p>-Clear program plans, status reporting, and risk/dependency management.</p><p>-Effective cross team coordination and stakeholder communication.</p><p>-Support for timely delivery of engineering outcomes aligned to agreed standards.</p><p>-Identification and implementation of process and delivery improvements.</p>Rate range - $60-$65",
