We have offices in 11 countries in South-Eastern Europe, a team of 350+ people, 200 clients, and projects in 40+ countries.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are constantly growing and developing, and the next step is to welcome a new star to join the team as</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-Site Field Engineer</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Highlights</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a local hands-on field service technician to support our Network Operations Team at a Lufthansa Technik location in Hamburg.</p>\n<p>You will support and maintain critical network infrastructures, including switches, wireless</p>\n<p>access points, their power supply systems, and structured cabling.</p>\n<p>This role requires a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills in</p>\n<p>German and English.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Taking this role,</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You Will Have the Opportunity To</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, configure, and maintain network switches, access points, and related infrastructure at the airport site</li>\n<li>Handle power connections safely, manage optical (fiber) cabling and copper patch cabling, including terminations, labeling, and testing</li>\n<li>Provide basic network support— basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, like ICMP, DHCP, ARP, STP, MAC learning, VLANs, IPv4 Routing etc.</li>\n<li>Work closely with central IT and vendors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation scheduling, and issue escalation</li>\n<li>Document installation sites—e.g., floor plans, cable runs, device labels—and keep accurate service logs</li>\n<li>Act as a technical bridge between on-site teams and a remote NOC team</li>\n<li>Maintain safety and security compliance under aviation facility standards and SOPs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Q</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ualifications &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) certification or similar would be desirable.
