In this role,&#xa0;you’ll&#xa0;work side-by-side with senior Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to execute features that directly shape how customers discover, explore, and purchase Vuori products online.&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;own your feature space end-to-end—from writing crisp user stories to tracking post-launch metrics—while developing the&#xa0;product&#xa0;instincts and cross-functional muscles that will fuel your growth. If&#xa0;you’re&#xa0;ready to make your mark at one of the fastest-growing apparel brands in the country,&#xa0;we’d&#xa0;love to hear from you!&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Feature Execution:&#xa0;Own the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce features—leading sprint execution,&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;backlog hygiene, and partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, on-time releases.&#xa0;</li><li>Roadmap Contribution:&#xa0;Collaborate with senior Product Managers to inform and refine the product roadmap, contributing research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help shape prioritization decisions.&#xa0;</li><li>Requirements &amp; Documentation:&#xa0;Write clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature briefs that give Design and Engineering the context they need to build with confidence and minimal back-and-forth.&#xa0;</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:&#xa0;Coordinate across Design, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to&#xa0;align on&#xa0;scope, timelines, and success criteria—serving as a reliable connector across your squad.&#xa0;</li><li>Metrics Ownership:&#xa0;Define and own feature-level KPIs;&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;post-launch performance and surface data-driven recommendations to continuously improve the customer experience.&#xa0;</li><li>Stakeholder Communication:&#xa0;Keep stakeholders informed with clear,&#xa0;timely&#xa0;updates on feature status, tradeoffs, and outcomes, building trust and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.&#xa0;</li><li>eCommerce Platform Knowledge:&#xa0;Develop a deep understanding of Vuori’s digital ecosystem and tools,&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and elevate the end-to-end customer journey.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related digital/eCommerce role.&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements.&#xa0;</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting product or feature metrics to inform decisions.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to navigate moderate ambiguity and stay organized while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.&#xa0;</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate across Design and Engineering teams to deliver features on time and within scope.&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital technologies is highly desirable.&#xa0;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
