    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The Entry Level Automation Maintenance Technician is required to assist in the diagnose and repair of Automation Equipment and all ancillary equipment. In addition, they must be able to communicate effectively with their customers, Production, and all support groups. Finally, they are required to accurately document the work performed, which is crucial and required in achieving World Class Maintenance.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support preventive maintenance and daily repair of automation equipment, and auxiliary equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform basic and routine machine maintenance functions, such as cleans, checks, and other production machinery to support operations.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic and/or combined systems on Automation Machines and support equipment.</li>\n <li>Able to work with machine vendors to size and quote correct replacement parts for machinery.</li>\n <li>Maintain spare parts inventory for automation equipment and auxiliary equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain proper records regarding machine maintenance (process history, etc.) using the CMMS system.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain 5S standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support team cohesiveness&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work with other support groups such as Engineering, Planning, Quality and Production.</li>\n <li>Maintain satisfactory attendance record.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assure safe work practices to include proper use and wear of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50lbs, kneel, crouch and crawl, must be able to work standing, sitting or lying down.</li>\n <li>Other assigned duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>General mechanical skills working with industrial machinery</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of electrical circuits&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic schematics.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Personal computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Good team working skills&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Good time management&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Good attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>One year of experience- Machine maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work is performed in a clean room environment</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit stand or kneel for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Technician is required to use computer or touch screen to enter work order data</li>\n <li>Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time</li>\n</ul>",
