About the Role: The Category Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving category level marketing strategy for Mitchell & Ness, ensuring that consumer insights, brand storytelling, and commercial priorities come together in a cohesive and impactful way. This position is well-suited for a strategic, consumer-focused marketer who is comfortable working cross-functionally, can influence without authority, and is capable of owning initiatives independently while partnering closely with Brand, Product, Merchandising, and Sales teams. How You Will Make an Impact Support the development and execution of category-level marketing strategies aligned to brand priorities and seasonal business goals. Translate consumer insights and category performance into clear marketing recommendations and plans. Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Creative, and Sales to bring category stories to life. Help shape integrated marketing briefs and contribute to campaign and activation planning. Ensure category marketing initiatives are aligned with Mitchell & Ness brand standards and storytelling. Quarterback cross-functional stakeholder groups to align on shared goals and drive execution, owning timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time results. Track performance of category initiatives and share learnings and insights to inform future planning. Contribute creative ideas and fresh thinking to help evolve how categories show up across channels. What You Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of related marketing experience, preferably within consumer, lifestyle, sports, or fashion brands. Strategic and consumer-focused mindset with the ability to connect insights to execution. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence partners. Self-motivated and comfortable managing work independently while balancing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
